# xanosdk lock rename

> Move an entry keeping its identity, so the next export renames in place.

## Usage

```bash theme={null}
xanosdk lock rename <kind> <old> <new> [options]
```

## Flags

| Flag | Description |
| - | - |
| `--lock[=<path>]` | Name the xano.lock to edit — default: beside --entry or the project entry |
| `--entry <path>` | Workspace entry to resolve xano.lock beside (for lock subcommands that take no entry file) |
